Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 48-hours' notice are subject to 50% of service fee that will be charged on held credit card.

Cancellations day of are subject up to the full service fee.

Late Policy

I will hold your appointment for 15 minutes provided I hear from you. Please be respectful of my other clients' schedules as well as myself.

 

Adjustment Policy

If a service needs a slight adjustment, I am happy to help you. I offer a period of four weeks for curly cuts. I do not give refunds.
